Israel Property Research Skills
WIP skills basket for Israeli property due diligence (Tabu, tik binyan, shimush choreg, comps). Verified skills graduate to Israel-Agent-Skills-Dev.
About This Project
Israel-Property-Research-Skills is a development workspace for agent skills that support buyer-side research and due diligence on residential property in Israel. It is aimed primarily at non-professionals navigating an Israeli purchase or tenancy, and addresses tasks that generic Western property tools do not handle well. The planned skill set includes Land Registry (Tabu) and Israel Land Authority leasehold checks, municipal building file retrieval, building permit history, detection of unauthorised use (shimush choreg) and legalisation paths, TAMA 38 and urban renewal status checks, heritage and preservation status, comparable-sales lookups through nadlan.gov.il, Madlan and Yad2, and address resolution to Gush/Chelka parcel identifiers via GovMap.
Each skill is stored as a folder under skills/ containing a SKILL.md prompt and optional NOTES.md file, with a status header indicating whether it is draft, exercised, verified, or promoted. The project is structured around kebab-case slugs to match Claude Code slash-command conventions. The repository is explicitly marked as unverified and in progress.
The project may be of interest to Israeli property buyers and their agents, and to developers building agent-based tooling for Hebrew-language government and real estate data sources. Skills that pass verification are intended to be folded into the Israel-Agent-Skills-Dev plugin as the canonical collection.
